25-year old David Spears will sit before a jury in Pulaski County, instead of Barry County. He and his friend Chris Collings are accused of the rape and murder of 9-year old Rowan Ford last November. Her body was found in a sinkhole in McDonald County about a week after she disappeared. Attorneys for Spears say the amount of publicity surrounding the case caused them to seek a change of venue.
