Prosecutor Seeking Death Penalty in Ford Murder

Two area men charged in the death of a four state girl could be facing the death penalty. A notice of intent to seek the death penalty was filed by Barry County prosecutor Johnnie Cox against David Spears and Chris Collings.  They're charged with the rape and murder of 9-year-old Rowan Ford. She was killed in November of 2007. A hearing on the case has been scheduled for May 20th.
