Pittsburg State University works to raise more money after getting its biggest gift ever - 10 million dollars.
University Spokesperson Ron Womble tells KZRG the gift came from an anonymous donor and will go toward a new performing arts center.
"The total cost is probably going to be somewhere between $20 and $30 million, so this $10 million will go a long way towards making this project a reality."
Carney Hall - the old performing arts center - was torn-down nearly 30 years ago.
