A Monett man is arrested in a hit-and-run death. 20-year-old Christopher Reed allegedly struck 18-year-old Matthew McCulley with his car early Wednesday morning near the intersection of Highway 60 and Kyler Street in Monett. McCulley was pronounced dead at the scene.
