Cop Impersonator Cited

A Joplin teen who tried to pull over a car occupied by three young women by using a modified strobe light on his car is in trouble with the Joplin Police Department. Lt. Brian Lewis tells KZRG News that 18-year-old Nathan Belcher is charged with impersonating a police officer.

The women in the car Belcher was trying to pull over noticed his wreckless driving and the fact that his car didn't look like a police vehicle. They called 911, which led to his arrest.
