Acts 2 Pastor Arrested...Again

More victims means more charges for a Neosho pastor.  Acts 2 pastor, Randall Danny Russell, was arrested previously after a woman claimed sexual abuse by Russell when she was 16.  He was free on $250,000 bond until his arrest Thursday on two counts of child molestation and seven counts of statutory sodomy.  He's back in jail on $50,000 bond.
